He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Joseph and Nellie Koolman (Kuikstra). He is survived by: his wife Lois Blakeley-Koolman (Rolston); his son Frederick of Grant; his stepdaughters, Christine Darling and Janice Unger (Jim); his great grandchildren, Lorelei, Valric and Aaron; and his pets, Fluffy and Snowball. He is also survived by several grandchildren; many cousins.
