Doris Jean Hanson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2023, at the age of 87, Doris Jean Hanson of Big Rapids, Michigan, born in Fremont, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Day Proclamation; her husband Lawrence Hanson; and her siblings, Arlene Graham and Charles McClay. She is survived by: her daughters, Dawne Patterson (Rich Brown), Carla Staffen (Tim) and Kathy Kaminski (late Michael); her grandchildren, Joey Patterson, Sara Maddern (Nate), Nick Staffen, Krystyna Kaminski and Andrew Kaminski; her great grandchildren, Roman, Braylynn and Sienna; and her siblings, Leroy McClay, Verla Swearingin, Janice Sommers, Ralph McClay, Wilbur Hanson (June) and Virginia Filipe. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
