He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Cook and Lucille Cook (Graves); his former wife Sharon; and his daughter-in-law Tammy Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his children, Brenda Parks (Loyd), Russell Cook, Bill Cook, Sarah Stone, Lloyd Cook, Carol Knapp, Debra Swidorski, Steve Knapp and Jennifer Knapp; his grandchildren, Cory, Zach, James, Chris, Dustin Sallee, Jessica and Shelby; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Cook; his sister Debora Riely-Cook; and his pet Chico.
