He was predeceased by: his parents, George Snavley and Minnie Snavley (Carter); and his siblings, Laverne, Dorothy, Eldora and Leola.
He is survived by: his wife Lavern of Big Rapids; his children, James Snavley of Remus, Richard Snavley (Shelly) of Paris, Darlene Vanderhoef (Mark) of Big Rapids, Steven Snavley of Paris and Scott Snavley (Lisa Salvail) of Cedar Springs; his siblings, Marvin Snavely (Ellen) and Diane Johnson (David); his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Benkert and Letha Benkert; and his pet Penny. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Donald's name to Angels of Action or Osceola County Animal Control.
