He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund A. Cummiskey and S. Katherine Cummiskey (Waters); and his sister Carolyn. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ann Cusack; his children, Patrick James Cummiskey (Sasha) of Savage, MN and Joyce Miller (Rorick) of Grand Rapids; his grandchildren, Abby and Olive Cummiskey; and his brother Patrick James Cummiskey of Skidaway Is. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
