He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Milligan and Rita Milligan (Douglass). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Moffett of Big Rapids; his sons, Adam (Libby) of Allendale and David (Whitney) of Big Rapids; his grandchildren, William, Eliza, Arabella, Chase and Beckett; his sisters, Sally Nista (Jim) of Florida and Susan Baierlipp (Mark) of Florida; and his parents-in-law, Russell and Illa Moffett of Big Rapids. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
