He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theodore C. Dye and Eleanor B. Dye of Dayton; his wife Phyllis M. Dye; his son Robert C. Dye (Joann); his stepgranddaughter Noelle; and his sisters, Eleanor Morgan, Julianne Trenholm and Phyllis Dye Turner.

In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to Judson Center, Penrickton Center For Blind Children, Michigan Humane Society, or your favorite charity.
