He is survived by: his children, David Semak (Nancy), Kathleen Semak (Russ Monahan), Curtis Semak (Diane) and Jeffery Semak (Belinda); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Monahan, Colleen Mihlon (Scott), Greg Monahan, Andrew Semak, Mary Semak, Joseph Semak, Jacob Semak and Teresa Semak; and his great grandchild Teddy Mihlon.
