He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore C. Schmalz and Linnea Schmalz (Jokopii); his wife Alicia M. Simmons; his son Teddy; his brothers, Arnie and Richard; his nephew Raymond Allen; his niece Linda Favero; his great-nephew Justin Weirauch; and his siblings-in-law, Jim, Ron Simmons and Doreen Simmons.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Raymond Simmons (Gloria), Marguerite Koski of Negaunee, Mary Lou Lorenson of Ironwood and Brian Simmons of Wakefield.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests gifts are made to St. Sebastian in Ted's memory.
