She was predeceased by: her parents, John Perkovich and Anna Perkovich; her husband Stanley; and her brothers, Matthew, John and Joseph.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Stanley Marczak (Katie), John Marczak Rebekah (Kelly), Heather Peffer (Jack), Sarah Chimile (Jason), John Onuska (Elizabeth), Shaun Marczak (Kristie) and Alyse Marczak.
If desired, in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Regional Hospice (1913 Beaser Ave, Ashland, Wis.) for the compassionate care they provided to her husband during his illness; or a mass stipend.
