He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Edward and Alice Elizabeth Kujanson (Brown); his wife Kathleen Ann Hendrickson; his sister Arlene "Cookie" Aho; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Ahonen and Curtis "Snuffy" Nyman.
He is survived by: his son Dale (Tiffany Averitt); his sisters, Sandra Ahonen and Patricia Nyman; his brother-in-law Glen Aho; and his close friend Domino.
