He was predeceased by: his siblings, David, Douglas and Becky Martinek Rolfes. He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Skancke; his sons, Preston, Andrew and Adam; his grandsons, Lane Martinek of Alex and Xander; and his brother Greg Martinek (Nila).

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions to a college fund for Terry's three grandsons.
