It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Erma Perkins (Berrien Springs, Michigan), born in Jamestown, Michigan, who passed away on July 7, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Roderick A. Perkins. She is survived by: her parents, Albert Mekkes and Alice Mekkes (Zwier); her daughters, Pat McDowell and Lisa Jager; and her brother Ken Mekkes. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
