She is survived by: her children, Melinda Boothby Smith (Martin) of Berrien Springs and Mark Loren Boothby of Victoria, Australia.; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Smith Carpenter (Rich), Charles Smith and Sarah Smith White (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Alex, Adam, Andrew and Aiden Carpenter; and her siblings, Barbara LaCourt (Marvin), Susan Reeves and Dr. Fred Kasischke (Diane Rayspes). She is also survived by companion.
