He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Steve Wrate (Sonia) and Collene Kelly (Ron); his grandchildren, Nathan Kelly (Vivi), Kristiana Carney (Ian), Andrew Kelly, Jennifer Thao (Tony), David Kelly (Kristen) and Julie Kelly; his great grandchild Clara Thao; and his siblings, David Wrate, Irma Church and JoAnne Snelling.
