She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Meachum and Helen Meachum (Miska); her former husband Ben Koebel; and her siblings, Marjorie Simmons (Charles) and Dr. H. J. Meachum.

She is survived by: her husband Benjamin Koebel; her children, Pamela Lawrick (Michael) of Berrien Springs and Mark Koebel (Jami) of Berrien Springs; her grandchildren, Katelyn M. Koebel and Matthew M. Koebel; and her sister-in-law Patsy Meachum. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Stevensville United Methodist Church or Berrien County Youth Fair.
