He was predeceased by: his parents, Forman Hulick and Betty Hulick. He is survived by: his wife Dulcinea Hernandez Hulick (Duci); his daughters, Heidi Camacho (Richard), Tammy Hulick and Wendy Hulick; and his siblings, Elliott Hulick and Carolyn Pullen. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and many lifetime friends.
