She was predeceased by: her parents, James Forgey and Myrtle Forgey; and her husband Don Habenicht. She is survived by: her children, Duane Habenicht (Elsie) and Cindy Scull (Gary); her grandchildren, April, Daniel, Matthew and Kara; and her sister Fern Chamberlin.
