She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Fordt and Clester Fordt (Draves); and her stepchildren, Tonie and Tamie Machurick. She is survived by: her husband Roman A. Machurick; her children, Dr. Tamara Eaton, Dawn Ginter (Tom) and James Kliemann (Stacey); her stepchildren, Sandra Schaefer, Diana Schmaltz and Luann Nicol (Mark); her grandsons, Joshua Kliemann, Noah Kliemann and William Ginter; and her sisters, Shirley Biewer and Doris Earl. She is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
