He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clara Brown and Sam Aaron Bannerman, Sr.; his wife Maxine; his son Andrew J. Brown, Jr. (Ruby); his grandson Andrew J. Brown III; his great grandchildren, Emma of Andrew, IV, Jonas and Nadia; and his nieces, Carolyn Nobles and Vera Mathis.

A memorial service will be held once the pandemic has subsided.
