He is survived by: his wife Deanna Kolosowsky (Zawilla); his children, Michael Kolosowsky (Denyce) and Lisa Paulus (Donald); his grandchildren, Alex Josef Kolosowsky and Kristina Rose Kolosowsky; and his siblings, Julius Kolosowsky (Kathy) and Virginia Lis (Henry).
