He was predeceased by: his parents, Kay Norris and Ada Norris (Knott); his wife Irene Kerlikowske; his sibling Vern Norris; and his son Erich Norris.
He is survived by: his daughter Connie (Norris) Hughey (Richard); his grandchildren, Alison Clifford (Dennis) and Richard Hughey Jr. (Kirsten); and his great grandchildren, Kellan, Hugh and Shane.
