She was predeceased by: her parents, Armitt Proctor and Jeannie Lowery; and her siblings, Wallace Lowery (Nancy), Bobbie and Johnny Lowery.
She is survived by: her husband David Ray Shirley; her daughters, Terri Boucher (Jim), Traci Steere (Greg) and Tammi Balczak (Chris); her grandchildren, Jennifer Plagens (Tom), Jeffrey Boucher (Lindsey), Luke Steere (Kirsten), Noah Steere, Kenan Steere (Victoria), Coleman Brook (Shelby) and Bayli Brook (Matthew Sackreiter); and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Cole Plagens, Phinehas and Ruby Steere.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hanson Hospice Center in Stevensville, who lovingly cared for her and her family through her last days.
