He was predeceased by: his brothers, John Marks and Ron Marks; and his father Ronald Marks. He is survived by: his mother Freda Marks of Berrien Springs; his wife Nancy Marks of Berrien Center; his sister Chaya Schmeling (Larry) of Buchanan; his children, Brittany Duncombe (Kyle) of Las Vegas, NV and Scott Marks of Chesterton, IN; his stepchildren, Heidi (Shawn) and Gary Zech (Jami) of St. Joseph; and his grandchildren, Luke Duncombe, Liv Duncombe, Maddy Marks, Emme Marks, Elliott, Sophie, Asher, Garrett Zech and Brody Zech.
In lieu of flowers, donations will support the UMH Transplant Center Kidney and Pancreas Program Fund at the University of Michigan.
