He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Sr. Paholak and Nora Paholak; his children, William Paholak, David Paholak (Grace), Thomas Paholak (Colleen), Craig Paholak and Mary Austin (Bill); his grandchildren, Bianca, Milah, Nicholas (Dani), Jessica, Breanna, Jordan, Jack, Charlotte, Paige, Julia, Anthony, Molly, Ryan, David and Matthew; his brothers, Joseph Paholak (Joann), Timothy Paholak and Kevin Paholak (Chris); his sister-in-law Pat Paholak; and his former wife Patricia Paholak.
