He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Mary Koos, Nancy Polakowski (Marty) and Greg Koos (Melissa); his nieces, Katie, Isabelle, Louise and Maxine Koos; and his nephew Mike Polakowski. He was also cherished by his parents, family members, and friends.
Due to COVID-19 and in accordance with CDC recommendations and the Governor's Executive Orders, the funeral home is limited to 10 people in the visitation/service room at any given time.
