He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Julie A. Lynch; his children, Maria Calverley (Kenneth) and John Lynch (Carol); his stepchildren, Cheryl Beck (Todd) and Don Luebs (Susan); and his sisters, Patricia Huhn (Richard) and Marianne Mitchell. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (13500 Oak Park Blvd, Oak Park, MI 48237). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
