She was predeceased by : her parents, Emil Schmidt and Edna Schmidt (Fisch); her husband James Robert Losey; her stepfather Joseph DeClercq; her daughter-in-law Jeanette Losey; her grandson Jason Losey; and her stepsiblings, Paul "Duke" DeClercq and Joyce Hohf.
She is survived by : her children, Cheryl Fontenot (Marc) of Tallahassee, FL, James Losey (Maureen) of Clarkston and Allan Losey (Carrie) of Goodrich; her grandchildren, Garrett (Amanda), Douglas (Olivia), Alyssa, Brandon, Emma, Amy (Timothy), Emily (Patrick), Lauren and Makenzie; and her great grandchildren, Fischer, Beckham, Jason, Oliver, Henry, Tyler, Allison and Ava. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
