She is survived by: her son Gary Sommer (Peggy) of Grand Blanc, Michigan; her grandchildren, Jennifer "Sommer" Forschner (Christian), Olivia Couture (Todd), Kevin Sommer (Andrea), Heather Thorne (Jason) and Kimberly Evitts (Jeremy); and her great grandchildren, Joshua Forschner, Natalie Couture, Alyssa Couture, Christopher Couture, Avry Sommer, Aden Sommer, Wyatt Sommer, Erik Thorne and Ashley Thorne. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to National Shrine of the Little Flower Basilica, 2100 W. 12 Mile Rd., Royal Oak, Michigan 48073.
