She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kolka and Martha Kolka; her spouse Lee Victor Malcolm; her daughter Julie; and her siblings, Lois, Deloras and Jack.

She is survived by: her children, Vicky Theaker (Robert), Kenneth Malcolm (Kristen), Peter Malcolm (Donna) and Marla Sanborn (James); and her brother James Kolka (Kathleen).
