We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2023, at the age of 98, James Russell Brown (Berkley, Michigan), born in Hazel Park, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Dorothy Marshall; his wife Virginia Joyce; and his siblings, Dorothy Iversen, Norman, Hank and Fred Brown.

He is survived by: his children, Alan (David), James (Denise) and Karen (Jim); his grandchildren, Renee (Richard), Emily (Jeff) and James (Justine); his great grandchildren, Alex, Karina, Charlie and Riona; his stepchildren, Norris (Linda), Marjorie (Peter) and Judy (Fred); and his grandchildren, Becky (Roger), Laura (Ritchie), Matthew (Terra), Michael (Anne), David (Stephanie), Amy (Tim) and Marc (Zoe).
