He was predeceased by: his father Jack Duncan; and his son Joshua Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Alicia; his children, Jeffrey Duncan (Jo Anna), Joseph Duncan (Kendra) and Leah Duncan (Eric Campbell); his grandchildren, Lillia, Willow, Fiona, Gabriel, Flynn Duncan, Oscar and Bellén Campbell; and his siblings, Cynthia Engel (Joel), Beth Nelson (Gary), Jeanine Miller, Frank Duncan (Donna), Joanne Shipe (Randy), James Duncan and Sarah Roberts. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
