She was predeceased by: her son Mark Chadwick (Kelly); her siblings, Helen Weiland, Jennie George and Edward Kania (Rose); and her nephew Dennis Kania.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Lucas and Sara; her pet Rexy; her nieces and nephews, Robert Weiland (Chris), Kenneth Weiland (Laura), Alan Weiland (Renee), Ted George (Sandy), Denise Fotis (Steve) and Michele Binford (Dean); and her children, Lucas and Sara. She is also survived by her family and spending time with her family and many friends.
