He is survived by: his wife Lynn Rae Walstad; his children, Amy Maurice (Jim), Tara Hippensteel, David Walstad Jr. and Jeremy Walstad; his siblings, Robert Walstad, Roxanne Devore, Angie LaPage, Wendy Milne and Patrick Harp; and his grandchildren, David III, Zachary, Benjamin, Maya and Maxwell.
