It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice G Hegarty of Berkley, Michigan, born in Shelby, Ohio, who passed away on June 3, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Moore and Loyola Moore; her significant other Owen; her siblings, David Moore, Charles Moore and Patricia Miller; and her brother-in-law Robert Tolman.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Hegarty (Carol), Judith Gafa (Kenneth) and Samuel Hegarty; her sisters, Kate Baer and Jane Tolman; her grandchildren, Stephanie Kroell (John), Madison Gafa, Owen Gafa, Shane Gafa and Jason McCarrick (Kristin); and her great grandchildren, Ryan Fox, Tyler Fox (Audrey), Troy Kroell and Kailie McCarrick. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
