He is survived by: his sons, Tony Merrill (Bethany), Jon Merrill (Laurie Reed) and Michael Merrill; his grandchildren, Reilly Merrill, Reagan Merrill and Jordan Maxey MD (Kayla); his great grandchild Bailey Maxey; and his sister-in-law Jan Marble. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
