She was predeceased by: her parents, William McCarthy and Elizabeth McCarthy (Shea); her husband Edward "Ed" Laffleur; her stepfathers, James McCarthy and Clifford MacGirr; and her siblings, Richard McCarthy, Nancy Anderson, Eileen Wildie, Jane Trudell, Jimmy Owen McCarthy, Alan McCarthy and Bruce McCarthy.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia House (Scott) of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Bryce House (Stephanie Miller), Jeremiah House (Stephanie), Sophia Stoffregen (Phillip), Rebecca Lieng (Chetra) and Elizabeth House; her son Reverend Edward Laffleur Jr. (Annette) of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Hananiah Tacoma (Ben), Don Sneed Jr. (Stacey), Jamie Sneed and Andrew Sneed; her daughter Teresa Laffleur Stolz of Benzonia; her grandchildren, Sarah Reed (Luke) and Ben Stolz (Liz); her brother Asa "Mick" McCarthy (Debby) of Kentucky; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy McCarthy, Gladys McCarthy and Sheila MacGirr. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and great-grand dogs.
