He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Maginity and Edna Maginity (Jerriad); his wife Carol Irene Maginity; and his daughter Brenda Lee. He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Maginity of Benzonia, Kim Maginity (Mary) of Frankfort and Lisa Taber (Dan) of Thompsonville; his grandchildren, Jessica Armstrong (John) of Osseo and Jacob Taber of Traverse City; his great grandchildren, Lilly, Bryce, Layne and Sydne of Osseo Wisconsin; and his siblings, Donald Maginity of Thompsonville and Vera Herron of Copemish. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
