He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee Prowdley and Donna Mae Prowdley (Wood); his son-in-law Perry Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Ann and George.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ellen Prowdley; his brother Robert "Joe" Prowdley (Terri); his children, Wayne Prowdley (Violet Shaffer) and Dawn Smith (late Perry); and his grandchildren, Christina Ward, Missy Genson (Joel), Jamie Kline (Phil), Carolynn Porritt (Tim), Monica Sarata (Rick), Toinette Wicks (Jeremy), Chad Hayward, Jessica Smith (Ronny Suarez), RikkiDawn Turner (Mike), Clinton Smith, Alleysha Seely (Brad) and Ellen Shirreffs (Jake). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and greats & grands - grand nieces, grand nephews & great grandchildren, as well as their spouses and their children.
