He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Miller and Evelyn Miller (Harner); and his sister Pat Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Carol Miller (Leathers); his daughters, Tammy Dollar of St. Joseph and Wendy Morauske (Mark) of Eau Claire; his grandchildren, Andrew Dollar, Morgan Dollar, Nicholas Morauske and Zachary Morauske; and his stepchildren, Jeremiah McMillin, Tara McMillin (Rob Watkins), Carrie Piechocki (Chris) and Daniel Sheets (Jodi).
