He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Richard Branscumb and Nellie M. Branscumb (Clark); and his children, Cheryl Hughes, Eddie Branscumb, Darrell Branscumb and Anthony Branscumb.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Branscumb (Gatlin); his children, Robin Allen, Lachonda Branscumb, Lakeisha Taylor of Bento Harbor, MI, Shirlitha Lawson (Branscumb) of Kansas City, MO, Vicky Hughes of Las Vegas, Nevada, David Eugene Branscumb of Kalamazoo, MI., Roosevelt Young of Benton Harbor, MI., Dewayne Branscumb (Tonya) of Kansas City, MO., Adrian Nathaniel Branscumb of Benton Harbor, MI. and Nicholas Will-Nathanial Branscumb of Marquette, MI; and his siblings, Mildred Linsey of Florida and Paul Branscumb (Peggy) of Peoria. He is also survived by thirty-two grandchildren; sixty great grandchildren; and ten great-great grandchildren.
