He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin and Marguerite Borr, Sr. (Burns); and his brother Timothy Borr. He is survived by: his siblings, Edwin Borr, Jr. (Marsha), Terry Borr, Deborah Hildebrandt (Reverend Russell) and Becky Spletzer (Tim); his sister-in-law Shelia Borr; and his nieces and nephews, Kim Jones (Jason), Kris Richey, Brandon Borr (Kori), Amanda Dragisic (Nick) and Richard Spletzer (Brittney). He is also survived by five great nieces and a great nephew.
