He is survived by: his daughters, Heidi Durden of Benton Harbor and Christina Driver (Chris) of Benton Harbor; his grandchildren, MyKayla Kirby, Aaron Durden, Riana Bird, Gregory Durden, Desmond Durden (Tang), Dezirae Durden, Daisha Fowler, Jmya Jordan and Makenzie Driver; his great grandchildren, Amari Chillers, Desmond Durden Jr., Kayori Taylor, J'Asani McElrath, Nova-Sky Howard, Faith Jackson and LaVayah Jackson; his siblings, Freddy Durden, Edith Swisher, Robert "Bobby" Durden (Debbie), Michael Durden (Sherry), Tina Waldrop and Pat Durden; and his former wife Pamela Durden.
