He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles J. "Chuck" Allen and Ruth H. Allen; his wife Elisabeth D. "Liz" (Zielke); his siblings, C. Christopher "Chris" Allen (Cynthia), Victoria Ruth "Vickey" Allen (Dave Carl) and Robin C. Hand; and his brother-in-law Claus E. Zielke (Ski). He was also cherished by numerous nephews and nieces; and one cousin.
