It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth T. Brenner of Benton Harbor, Michigan, born in Ottertail, Minnesota, who passed away on May 9, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Rodney; her grandson Jay Brenner; her siblings, Vern Thalmann, Marge Wagner (George) and Marcie Rehbein (Jerry); and her siblings-in-law, Robert Rogien and Joyce Thalmann.
She is survived by: her children, Mary "Kathy" Andrews (Terry) of Niles, Michael "Mike" Brenner (Amy) of Eau Claire, Mark Brenner of Niles, Barbara "Barb" Frank (Art) of Benton Harbor and Jack Fisher (Deniece) of St. Joseph; her grandchildren, Jennifer Heinz, Todd Andrews, Julie Andrews (Jeffrey Allen), Dawn Rochefort (Timothy), Stefanie Grabemeyer (Scott), Taylor Brenner (Rachel), Trey Brenner, Jason Frank and Brian Frank; her siblings, Eunice Rogien of Eau Claire, Verle Thalmann (Bobbie) of Tucson, AZ and Judy Pufall (Robert) of Sturgis, MI; and her sister-in-law Betty Thalmann of Delton, MI. She is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Ruth's name may be made to St. Matthew's Lutheran Church or Caring Circle Hospice.
