She is survived by: her brother Michael; her children, Steven, Steve Anzalone (Lori) of Carmel, IN, Gina Parrish (Mark) of St. Joseph and John Anzalone (Wendy) of Montgomery, AL; and her grandchildren, Tade, Gray, Molly, Jack, Lily Anzalone and Maggie Parrish.
