He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Sr. Ristau and Elaine Peterson (Rutherford); and his sister Cynthia Boyer. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Ristau; his daughter Lori Aaboe (Mats); his grandson Erik Aaboe; and his sisters, Katherine Chandler (Raymond, Jr.), Becky Sizemore (Glenn), Vicki Salik (Randy), Peggy Zicarelli (Rick) and Terrie Hunter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces & nephews.
