He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Peters and Pearl Peters (Hoyer); and his grandson Cosmo L. Peters. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Peters; his children, Jon Peters (Julie), Tina Laufersky (Rick), Gary Peters (Amanda), Charles Peters (Julie) and Robin Franke (Charles); and his sister Lois Mattson. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Southwest Michigan.
