She was predeceased by: her parents, Vas Moore and Maxine Moore. She is survived by: her husband Rafael; her children, Dean Franks of Franklin, N. C., Susan O'Neal of Rockford, Mich, Sherry Nicholson of Euless, Brent Franks of Cullowhee, N. C. and Shane Franks (Rafael Vargas); her sister Margaret McDougal of St. George; and her stepsiblings, Debbie Freels and Wendall Freels. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter.
