With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Louise Rutter of Benton Harbor, Michigan, who passed away on August 4, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Renfro and Ellen Renfro; her husband Edwin Rutter; and her siblings, Patricia Harris, Betty Hoffner, Raymond Renfro, Charles Renfro and Jean Renfro.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Stockton (Terry) and Carol Fairbanks (John); and her grandchildren, Crystal Wolgensinger (Billy), Kaycee Billhimer (Jeffry), Johnny Fairbanks Jr., Edwin Fairbanks and Bobby Fairbanks. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and many other extended family members and friends.
